Riva is the largest center in all of Garda. An elegant city overlooking the north shore of the lake. Even the writer Thomas Mann was fascinated by the beauty of this city during a holiday on Lake Garda and above all by the gorge of the waterfall, which was dug by the Magnone brook and which brings the Varone waterfall to life. Today the waterfall is in a private park which is a great place to spend a really lovely afternoon.
