Great place for a pre-dinner cocktail and appetizer at happy hour, with views of the marina and islands! I would, however, choose one of the other restaurants listed for dinner. The view and location are the best parts of this restaurant. The food is sub-par.

Right in Nanaimo Harbour - 2 restuarants in one building plus an outdoor patio in the summer. Live entertainment upstairs on weekends. Watch the boats come and go and the seaplanes land. and takle off! Make sure you ask for a window seat! Take a walk along the waterfront. 25 minute walk from Century Kee.

Right on the the harbour. Beautiful views. Perfect spot to stop following your harbourfront stroll. Always lively during the summer months. Has indoor and outdoor seating.

If you have time for a bite on your way back to the ferry to Vancouver, you'd love the views from the patio of this lovely bistro. It's in the same building that Harbour Air's waiting room is. You can watch the float planes take off, see the dock where pleasure crafts dock, dragon boats launch from and look out to Protection Island. If you have time, stroll along the cities promenade. Park in the parkade for less than anywhere we've ever been. If you are looking for Gluten-free options, they offer them and are accommodating to Celiacs and gluten intolerant.
