Drive up to Estes Park then over the 14,000 ft mountain. No guard rails so not for a faint-of-heart driver. Majestic.

A living showcase of the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. Elevations ranging from 8,000 feet in the wet, grassy valleys to 14,259 feet at the weather-ravaged top of Longs Peak.

It’s the Rocky Mountains! Hundreds of trails, lakes, and incredibly spectacular views and only 45-60 minutes away! Beautiful drive there through the Big Thompson Canyon.

It is a great 1 and half hour drive to the city of Estes Park, gateway to RMNP. Town is cute with good food and lots of different trails to hike in the park.

Rocky Mountain National Park is about a 60 min drive from fort Collins. Located in picturesque Estes Park. Hike in the park, rock climb at lumpy ridge or shop in down town Estes. Keep an eye out for the city elk!

A beautiful scenic drive through the Rockies. Lots of pull off's for sight seeing, don't forget to bring an extra layer, as you go up in altitude it definitely gets a bit chilly!

“You may want to take a tour or just go walk around. Book tours in advance online because they sell out. This is where The Shining movie was filmed and the mountain views from here are spectacular. You will have to pay about $10 for parking but this gives you some credit at the snack shop. ”

“New Belgium is a icon brewery in Fort Collins. Take a tour- they are definitely worth it! Check out their patio and see what they are brewing this week! You can also walk to Odells and check out another FoCo favorite. ”

“I selected "Everything Else" because visiting Shambala is a truly amazing experience. The Stupa is a place that just begs for self reflection and silence. The Dalai Lama has personally blessed Shambala with his presence. Something you will not forget.”
