One of the best views of the Arkansas River and downtown Little Rock. A nice leisurely paved walk that is very peaceful.

It's very close by tucked away off Kavanaugh. Has a great view of Downtown. Nice place for a walk. Never crowded.

“CHEERS Tucked away in the Heights neighborhood, Cheers is always serving up good burgers, sandwiches, and vegetarian offerings. Also soups, salads, sandwiches, seafood, and steaks. Boutique wine list. Local artists' work hanging on walls. The patio is open year round, as they have canvas walls they can bring up or down as needed. You can't beat the Filet and a glass of wine at Cheers. ”

“Leos has been around a long time in Hillcrest. The service is usually slow and it is definitely rough around the edges yet they have some really good greek food. On the weekends they serve breakfast and their hash browns with all the mix ins are really fabulous.”
