Hikes
Colorado Springs is where the desert plateau of New Mexico, the flat agricultural lands of the mid-west collide with the rockies . We have selected some hikes that are both for the avid hiker and the hate the hiker, love the view at the top types and everyone in-between!
This is about ten minutes from the house and has tons of amazing views and fun trails - both for the avid hiker and none. The naturally occurring rock formations are both breathtaking and inspiring.

Also, in the warmer months the penny arcade is a blast. It has vintage games and is a fun visit for all ages. We recommend the horse races!
