Coffee/ Breakfast

Coffee is on point, and the food is quite delicious- salmon toast, and cucumber toast being my favorite breakfast options :) Plus, the pastries! Lunch sandwiches are also quiet delicious. 6 minute walk from the studio

Working Space

While our house is equipped with fast wifi and a little table, we recognize we are a studio space and you may need some yardage between you and your partner to take some calls. Check out these fun spots to work from, outside of the studio.
This place is great if you prefer to have a more dedicated space to 'work from home' while you are on vacation here. Sandbox is awesome! For $25/ day you can have a whole office to yourself. This place is rarely packed and has amenities of wifi/ bathrooms/ coffee/ and call booths- even meeting rooms at an added charge if you need to host. About a 3 minute drive from the studio!

This place is also in my Work Space category because while the coffee is great, so is the WiFi- this shop is quite huge, and has a giant garage door opening to the outside that makes for a really fresh air experience, but still quiet enough to take calls and do a couple hours of work. 6m walk from the studio

This is an idylic landmark of Santa Barbara- Sterns Wharf is romantic and fun for a family. There is a restaurant, little aquarieum musuem, ice cream shop, and even a tarot reading gypsy. This place feels nostalgic, the sounds of the boardwalk underneath your feet, the close range of the pelicans, the zipping lines of the fishermen at the end the wharf- and most importantly the smell of the sea, make this place special. 25 minute walk from the studio

The Funk Zone

At once was the old SB Diving Center, this space has now been beautifully repurposed to house a very hip little spot called Municipal Wines. This tasting room is cute AF and their wines are PHENOMENAL, must go. 20 minutes walk from the studio

Food scene

This place is a hidden gem in SB- the menu is farm to table and incredibly interesting. Each menu item tells a story about Santa Barbara itself, with my favorite item being a very gourmet take on the McDonalds EggMcMuffin (originally invented in an SB franchise). Fun food, fantastic wine.

This is peak Santa Barbara foodie- Loquita does Spanish tapas as well as if you were in Spain. Extremely on point traditional Spanish food that is one of my favorites to eat in all of Santa Barbara. Their cocktails are insanely inventive, colorful, works of art that are just as delicious to look at as they are to drink. Reserve a night here well in advance!!

Brophy Brothers is a SB classic- seafood restaurant to the core, right on the harbor and famous for using fresh catches in their entrees. The location sits on the second floor of a building on the harbor that looks out on the boats and the water. Clam chowder here is world class. Perfect for a more casual night that is locals SB vibes with beautiful sunset views.

This place is so fun- clever and delicious takes on Asian/ Korean inspired food. Some of the best Bao I've ever had. Great soju cocktails that are super refreshing- fun vibe here and pretty good price-point for how good the food is. Little off the beaten path being closer to upper state but totally worth it!
