This is peak Santa Barbara foodie- Loquita does Spanish tapas as well as if you were in Spain. Extremely on point traditional Spanish food that is one of my favorites to eat in all of Santa Barbara. Their cocktails are insanely inventive, colorful, works of art that are just as delicious to look at as they are to drink. Reserve a night here well in advance!!
