It is walking distance, the staff is very friendly and their coffee is from Maricao, Puerto Rico and tastes great!!

If you are ever in the neighborhood, then you must have coffee here. Very local, unpretentious, and friendly. Their coffee is great (of my faves in the whole city) and do please try their lavender cake with cream cheese frosting. So. Good!
