Largo Cafe is a staple in the local community of Quemado, NM about 35-45 minutes away from our campground. It's family owned, has great breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as some locally made jewelry for sale! The burgers are the BEST around, the salad bar is amazing, and the fresh, hand-cut, cheese fries with red or green chile are our favorite!

The best green chili cheeseburger around. You can't come to New Mexico and not have at least one green chili cheeseburger.
