Newest mall opened in Cebu. Not much retail, hardware, or stationery here. Mostly local brands/homegrown restaurants ranging from upscale to midscale. Their cinemas are nice because they're new!

Cebu’s second Ayala mall is finally open. This grand mall is said to house over 200 stores inside, including outlets composed of retail shops, dining restaurants, and an extensive IT zone for families, young professionals and millennials.
