Offering the tastiest, fluffiest blueberry pancake breakfast, which goes great with their homemade lemonade with fresh mint. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly!

Hummingbird Café is a small, independent, antipodean style café in the heart of Shepherds Bush. They are famous (well, in Shepherds Bush at least) for Brunch, Coffee and Cakes. They make everything to order, and serve as organic and free range as possible, and have loads of gluten free and wheat free options. They also serve a few lovely wines and craft beers to wash it all down.

You step out of Shepherd’s Bush Market Station in dire need of a caffeine hit. Follow that scent of just-roasted coffee beans and you’ll be in front of the Hummingbird Deli in no time. It’s a small space, but it doesn’t feel cramped, attracting both the linger-a-while and the always-on-the-go. There’s couscous and red-pepper salad, spiced carrot cake and lemon tart, as well as a quirky seating area with gorgeous hummingbird wallpaper and colourful wooden chairs for those who need to sit down to tackle the chunky bacon ciabatta with both hands. Also worth getting your hands on is the berry smoothie. And the soundtrack is always choice.
