This is a fun class for anyone who's ever wanted to try aerial silks. You'll not only get a good TRX styled work out, but you'll be able to do poses you never thought you'd be capable of doing in the air!

If you're looking for a fun and unique workout while you're in town, I love going to this aerial fitness studio for a fun sweat! Your first class is free, but you need to call ahead and reserve your space. Class is for both girls and guys!
