Saddled between the West Elk and Ragged Wildernesses at 9,600 foot elevation, the Lost Lake Campground offers visitors impressive views of the surrounding East and West Beckwith Peaks and the Anthracites. If you are interested in a day visit to picnic, fish, hike or bike, Lost Lake Campground now has a newly decked and accessible day use picnic area and a fishing platform along the north side of Lost Lake Slough. This lake is stocked 1-2 times a summer with catchable sized rainbow trout.”
