This tiny ramen spot is a hidden gem, and so convenient! I literally have dreams about their truffle ramen, which I would be willing to put up against any other ramen in the city. It may be meat free, but it is rich, delicious, and not to be missed.

One of the best ramen shops New York has to offer. The broth is incomparable to any other ramen you will have across the city. Very focused flavors in a small restaurant offering a small but educated tea menu. Nestled under the Willamsburg Bridge path, it's highly recommended for a quite evening out.
