Walk the one mile trail out to Sare's Head for a gorgeous view of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. You won't likely see too many people out there. The trails around the forestland are also wonderful.

Hike to the southern lookout at Sares Head, a classic, panoramic view of the Straits of Juan de Fuca and Rosario Straits after a beautiful, easy walk through the woods.

Wonderful county park. The Sares trail is best option for amazing views of Deception Pass and the San Juan islands. Dogs on leash welcome.
