Birdham Pool is one of the oldest marinas in the country and only a short walk from Chichester marina across the lockgate. There's a small coffee bar that sells drinks and cakes and if you're feeling energetic why not walk to Itchenor along the footpath for lunch

Take a walk from Itchenor up the harbour to Birdham pool marina and have coffee in the Scuttlebutt cafe , or walk a little further into Chichester marina. The walk from Itchenor to Birdham takes you past not only beautiful views of the harbour but also many beautiful properties !
