At the tippy top of Lake Washington, this Kenmore park (a short walk from the Lake Forest Park Town Center) has playgrounds, picnic tables, historic panels, and a nice long pier. Watch the sea planes take off and land. Rent a kayak or stand-up paddle board.

On the Burke Gillman Trail where one can cycle, run or walk towards Seattle or Woodinville. Has a public dock for sunbathing and swimming in the lake. Home of WhatsUp kayaks in the summer months.
