Enjoy it while it is still open to the public. Locals usually go here during early mornings and late afternoons to walk, jog, bike or simply stroll and enjoy the view of the mountains.

This place is good for jogging, walking, biking, or playing sports (badminton, volleyball etc). Best time to do so is either early morning (4am to 6am) or late afternoon (4pm-6:30pm)
