It is an exquisite specialty restaurant that is consistent in it's unique and delicious flavors. Yes it is a speciality of Raw Food Cuisine, but it has cooked foods and Paleo choices as well. A family owned restaurant with many gifted family chefs at the heart of it's known cuisine! There are special nights of live music.

Rawtopia is the cleanest and from what I've found the healthiest restaurant in Salt Lake City. It's right across the street.
