Salute offers a wonderful selection of authentic Italian dishes, such as wood fired pizzas and freshly made pasta. The dishes are HUGE, so go hungry! They offer eat-in and carry-out.

If you are looking for wonderful, authentic Italian food, this is it. Formally Juniors at Stowe, the food here is wonderful and reasonably prices. It's one of my favorites.
