St Ives is spoiled for choice with excellent restaurants and cafe's but The Local Cafe is right up there with the best of them. We've been coming here (and using the take away next door) for the last 8 years and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal or experience. If you're looking for a fantastic fry up, and a good cup of tea, then this is the place to go. Anyone who has grown up in Britain will instantly recognise the 70's style seating and decoration. It's absolutely wonderful! The service is fantastic, the prices were fantastic and the food was even better.
