A former music teacher and local piano performance artist owns Liquid Planet, a coffee shop that he started in a small trailor, set up between bulidings on the UofM campus. Now a multichain operation.

popular coffee shop, started downtown and has several other locations including at the airport. Has some limited food options as well. Pretty good place for a meeting.
