Silver Lake is quite close to downtown Rochester, MN. A one-mile walk and you’ll find yourself in the middle of forested paths, wildlife, water activities and more. Paddle boat and kayak rentals. Large system of Hiking and bicycle paths. Go and see and feed the geese that frequent the area. There is 2 larger children parks connected to these trails

Part of the Trail system-1.8 miles around the lake. Lots of geese though so be cautious where you step. Amenities: Baseball,Football field,Horseshoes, Lake, Paved trail, Picnic Shelter,Playground, Rentable space, Restroom seasonal, Skate park, Soccer field, Softball, Swimming
