This is natural park made in honour of Captain Saurabh Kalia who was an officer of the Indian Army and was killed during the Kargil War while being held as a prisoner of war by the Pakistan Army. The park offers a small man made lake for boating, usually closed during winters and wide range of flora. There is a small entry fee to the park.
