Offers many trails to hike and bike from beginner to more advanced. Flash of Gold trail is a must see in the fall. Panorama is a short loop great for beginners and offers spectacular views. Fiddlehead is also great, but watch out for Moose!

Great starting spot for snowshoeing in the winter and MTB in the summer. Our favorite trail nearby is Flash of Gold.

This is the trailhead for the famed Flash of Gold mountain bike trail! Some like to ride from the town, starting at Spring Creek, connecting to Flash of Gold at Dry Lake, then to the top of the Buffalo Pass. That will be over 3,500 ft of elevational gain! (I did it once and it was a very long and satisfyingly day!)

This location heading up Buffalo Pass overs the start of many great hiking and mountain biking trail. Spring Creek downhill starts here and if you take a sharp left shortly after starting the trail, you will head onto a local gem, Flash of Gold. Children and those looking to hike shorter distances will like Panorama or Fiddlehead.
