Hike along Rosewall Creek to the falls - about 1- 2 hours in and out - longer for slower hikers or those that want to stop and have a picnic

A beautiful 45 minute (each way) walk along a meandering river to a cascading waterfall in the boreal rainforest of Vancouver Island. Devils club, native trees, wild berries and wildlife are frequently seen while hiking here. Be bear aware as bears are in the area.

This trail is a very good exercise as it goes up and down alongside the river. There's no loop, but you will be amazed that you see new things on your way back that you didn't see on your way down. At the end there's a magical spot with a waterfall coming down from the mountain and little falls cascading into the river. It's a one hour hike one-way, so why not bring some lunch for a nice picnic while listening to the river song. A great place to just be and meditate.
