Yoga Union welcomes beginners and all levels, holding classes for all ages and fitness levels. With over 30 classes a week, we have something for everybody. From gentle heat and low intensity classes to high heat and high intensity classes. We take pride in offering a large variety of the highest quality hand picked yoga instructors, who are highly trained and experienced in multiple yoga styles. Both nurturing and motivating, our instructors teach from a place of wisdom, compassion and love.
