This place has the best bagels in Iceland. My personal favourite is the ham, cheese and mayo but all their bagels are great. You can also get coffee and sweets. The service is great and it's not expensive.

Good bagels. They have an affordable deal for a bagel/donut/coffee. Personally the salmon bagel is my favorite but the others are also good, they also have the best donuts in my opinion.
