"Churchill Square", named after the UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill, is the principal shopping centre in the centre of Brighton and Hove, a city on the south coast of England. It is at the eastern end of Western Road, near the Clock Tower. Owned by Standard Life Investments,[1] in common with the Brent Cross Shopping Centre in London, Churchill Square has up to 85 shops (when all are let), in addition to several sites for "open-air" style stalls in the corridors.[2] It is arranged over three floors with only the food court on the uppermost; some of the largest stores occupy two floors. The majority of the shops are UK chain stores, typical of other large British shopping centres.
