Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Historic Walkers Point, c.1880 points to highlight the pallet with not only flavor, but sight. With respect to using as much locally sourced meat and produce as possible, the flavors are meant to compliment the terroir from which it was received. Beverage choices have been hand selected to compliment all of the creations of Chef Hauck. Intimate, romantic, yet adventurous, all the things you will find when you visit. A native of Milwaukee, Chef/Owner Thomas Hauck graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and honed his skills in France. Upon returning to the states, Thomas worked as a line cook with Chef Michel Richard.
