it's the central bus station in the southern Tel Aviv.

5 minutes ride on bus line #16 or 15 minutes on foot. It acts also as a 4 floors shopping mall. There are a lot of clothing stores, artistic items, bazaars, pharmacies, big supermarket, shoes shops. Everything there is very cheap!!! With just 1 bus from the central bus station you can reach everywhere in Tel Aviv and get to every city in Israel. Recommended site is Jaffa Walkway which containing ancient structures from BC. There is also the very touristic Flea Market. You can also easily visit the Western Wall in Jerusalem or the astonishing Botanical Gardens in Haifa.
