The area surrounding Maple Street boasts a vibrant culture that is tough to come by — which makes it an attractive place for foodies, musicians, artists and more. Most of the businesses here have made their homes in old theaters and dealerships, revamping the neighborhood, mixing the old with the new, and creating a vibe that is unparalleled to nearby communities. This is a historic and highly popular area to be at. Within the last 5 years, Benson has become the fastest growing area of Omaha for small business growth. Walk to restaurants, bars, concert venues, live music, local farmers markets, Benson First Fridays, shop small businesses. The vibe here is unbeatable and continues to get better and better.
