Panermos beach on Naxos island, sheltered by a gulf at the island’s southeastern coast, is almost always windless. It is equipped with a small pier and features lovely sandy beaches with immaculately clean waters. A small canteen offering snacks and refreshments operates next to the beach during the summer months. Panormos beach on the east sides of Naxos, ideal when its windy since it is like a natural pool. The palm trees make u feel really exotic. Ideal for families. It is not an organized beach, although there is a bar where you can buy food and beverages. Apanemi Tavern, in Moutsouna Beach, is a must visit place since it offers fresh fish caught daily in Moutsouna waters.

The place is a heaven on earth. When the north wind is blowing hard, Panermos is calm and peaceful. The small cafe will provide you with food and drink, the organised parking will provide shower and of course "Gailitisa" boat will take you to the magical south beaches and Rina's cave. No words can describe.
