This is a 70-acre shopping/restaurant/service open air center with free summer concerts. Don't let the anchor stores like Costco and Lowes fool you. UVC has plenty to stimulate the senses and keep you busy with it's 60 plus stores and restaurants. And if hiking or biking are on your agenda, University Village Colorado is a great place to begin or end your trek, since UVC’s Overlook Park doubles as a trailhead with access to the Pikes Peak Greenway trail system and a pedestrian underpass to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS).

University Village is just 1 ½ miles away, with Trader Joe’s plus great shops and restaurants, including Il Vicino’s woodfired pizza, Hacienda’s great views, Starbucks caffeine, Panera’s dependable menu, and Over Easy’s gourmet breakfast.

Kohls, Trader Joes, Costco, Lowes, barbershop, hair salon, consignment stores, many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. An outdoor shopping center with many fun shops.
