Love this buffet style Dominican place. The place to go if you're surfed out and starving. Big portions, delicious and very reasonable prices. Get a plate of yellow rice and red beans and have them throw ceviche, plantains, and other sides on top. A++

Delish Latin food. Good for the pocket and the stomach - Lovely Empanadas & Arroz con pollo. You can also ask Anthony Bourdain, spotted in May 2017 visiting Brisas del Mar's "Parts Unknown".
