The Meent is an upcoming area in Rotterdam. The mainstreet Coolsingel is nearby and THOMS is a great place for having a drink on the terrace. The waiters and waitresses are great!

Thoms is good for dinner and late night drinks. I love to go here after dinner, around 10 PM. Great terrace and later in the evening you can go dancing in the basement.
