Never has the service been less than five-star, and never has the food been less than outstanding! Comfortable atmosphere, beautifully decorated, pure white table cloths and spotless crystal and flatware make this experience the highest quality that is not exceeded at even the world-renowned Broadmoor. Walter's Bistro is famous for their lobster bisque and one taste proves why. The Oysters Rockefeller are perfect -- sweet oysters and not over-baked as often happens elsewhere. I had the filet...perfectly prepared and as tender as I have ever tasted.
