Specifically Punta Norte in Isla Mujeres, is consistently ranked on top 10 lists for Mexican beaches. Its a 20 minute ferry ride and the tours offer it with breakfast and drinks for less than 50 dollars per person. Or you can go directly to the Playa Tortugas, "Ultramar" ferries are approximately 30 dollars per person to go on your own and walk to Punta Norte. If you go on your own you can also rent a golf cart to tour the island for less than 60 dollars for 4 hours.

Rent a golf cart and see the whole Island, playa Norte is a calm beach seaweed free all year. Playa Sur early morning to mid day rocky beautiful views great pictures.
