Beautiful! Reminds me of the cave in Goonies when they find the treasure! Warning if you get claustrophobic... the steps going down are steep and narrow, with wet cave walls. Do not attempt if you think there is a risk of falling or becoming panicked. The stairs lead to a small platform inside the cove from which you can see the ocean outside the cave entrance. Entry is $5 per adult.

Sunny Jim's Sea Caves. 145 steps thru a tunnel that ends at the mouth of a sea cave named Sunny Jim. Fun, scenic, photo op,... good exercise coming back up...

Walk down 124 steps to the bottom of La Jolla's classic sea cave and end at the waters edge looking out from the cave...for $4.00...and climb back up.
