The two Korean owners, Johnny and Andy, have an uncanny eye for quality—you can buy anything here knowing it’s best in class and best in season. They have a particular knack for exceptional tuna, from sashimi-grade local yellowfin to Japanese toro, tuna belly. Don’t come with a specific recipe in mind—ask the boys what their pick of the day is and decide what you’ll do with it after. They stock a great selection of Japanese and Korean condiments, sauces and dressings, too, which are just waiting to be squeezed into your marinade.
