It’s about a 20 Minute nice walk to the Alster (the big lake in the middle of Hamburg) and the Alsterperle. In winter, you should have a Glühwein or a “Lumumba” (Hot Chocolate with Rum) here and just watch the lake. It’s calm and cosy and they have warm blankets.

Little snacks and drinks. Good place to stay on sunny days, because it is located directly at the Alster.
