A bar where travelers and foreign residents meet up and chat with Japanese locals. It is a small bar that has a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The bartenders speak French, English, German, Russian and Japanese depending on who is working that day. On the 3rd Floor Open from 5PM - 1AM (or later) Cocktails 500yen Beer 600yen

Everyday they having language exchange party and event, almost drinks are 500JPY cash on. Fri and Sat is for all international, you can find local Japanese people who wants to meet oversea friend ;)

An easy bar which can be a good mix of people from locals to foreigners just wanted to enjoy a short night (Since you don't want to miss the last train home) It can be a good place to start the night if you plan to party until the train starts again at 5:00 AM!!! Operating Hours: Mon to Sat 6:00 pm to 12:00 pm & Sun Close
