Gorgeous Beach right across the street. Surf lessons, Paddle Board rentals. Great eats, great view. Nice swim beach.

Back in the old days, we'd visit the funky Kauai Surf hotel at this location, just for access to beautiful Kalipaki Beach. Now the Marriott dominates the shoreline, but their amenities and grounds are beautiful and accessible. Took Paddle-boarding lessons here one year thru their beach hut at the water's edge. A lovely place also for a quick rest break or picnic. There are many shops and restaurants in the area...
