Always full, small restaurant, serving Puerto Rican food. You'll catch lots of working people and police there. It's inexpensive. It's good for a quick and filling meal.

The best & cheapest place to have breakfast in Midtown. I recommend Baja Breakfast Special: Includes 2 eggs, hash-browns, Cuban toast, (chose one) ham/bacon/sausage, and Coffee. All for less than $5
