Long-time staple and the best restaurant for Vietnamese/Chinese food in Minnesota. My favorite dishes are the Pan-Fried Seafood Noodles, Fried Squid with Golden Garlic, and Whole Fried Walleye with Hot Meat Sauce.

Authentic Chinese cuisine that never disappoints. Host favorite is the Sole with asparagus. Pan fried noodles also delicious. Shuang Cheng is located in nearby Dinkytown.

Serving Cantonese and seafood in Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota Shuang Cheng is popular with Chinese and Americans. They have a white board with specials written in English and Chinese that typically will list some market priced fish, duck and heaping plates of green vegetables. Not your ordinary Chinese food, delicious, authentic and reasonably priced.
