The Big Mo - Throwback gem of the a theater, about 30 min drive from West Columbia, this spot is fun for the whole family. With three screens they usually have something for every taste. Plus you get two movies for the price of one and the experience is worth it! They are only open seasonally so check their website for details. Get there early because the line is usually down the road, especially for popular movies. Take a frisbee or football to toss around before the show starts and during intermission.

If you're willing to make the 40-50 minute drive to "The Big Mo", as it is affectionately known, you will not be disappointed. This 3 screen drive-in theater features 3 separate double features every Friday-Sunday. Pay only $9 per person and you get to watch not just one, but TWO, new movies on the big screen from the cozy spot in your own vehicle or lawn chair.

Awesome drive-in theatre that is almost always packed in the summer. Has three different screens, with each one providing a double feature. Well worth the drive for the experience.

If you’re visiting with kids, this is a must-see. We’ve watched the Big Mo grow from one to two to three screens. Concessions are reasonably priced but you can bring food also. Sometimes we’d drive up the road to Shealy’s, get a to go plate, and bring it back. Each screen has a double feature. Be prepared to be up very late if you stay for the second feature, like 1:30 or 2 am. That’s the only thing I wasn’t crazy about. This place is so much fun though.
