This beautiful falls is only a gentle 1.5 mile hike from the lower falls. The path winds beside the river, past the campground and latrines, and through beautiful old growth trees. The cool spray from the falls is refreshing and cooling on summer days. Well worth the hike.

Take a short drive to visit all three of the McCloud falls. Lower Falls is a popular swimming hole in the summer if you like to jump in and rock climb out.
