This historic lighthouse has a wonderful museum and numerous boarded walking pathways...it is one mile from the cabin.

The beach area is a beautiful walk. The museum gives an insight into the life of the lightkeeper. You can climb the stairs to the top of the lighthouse for an amazing view of lake Superior.

Explore the lighthouse museum, climb to the top of the tower, walk along the boardwalk to the beach, read about the history of the area. Family friendly.
