Charlie is the best! He'll help you with anything. We like to grab a crossiant sandwich and a coconut water. They also make sandwiches, bagels, etc. They often have live music on Friday nights.

A great local spot to head to if Precita Park Cafe isn't your jam. Charlie is often there and is one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. Great for a quick bite before exploring the city - but also a nice place to for an afternoon with a cup of coffee and a book. They open at 6:30am (30 minutes before Precita Park Cafe) if you're an early bird, but they're closed on Sundays.

This is my go-to coffee place in the neighborhood. No frills, down-to-earth and friendly. Adam, Sandra and Jasmine will take good care of you.
