Only open in the summer. It's a pop up in an alley by Diablo Burger. So specacular! The crepes are whipped up on a big griddle and then covered or rolled in various yummy things. There are a few tables but it's not a real restaurant. It's a more of a tent I suppose.

Historic Downtown is a great place to park and walk to local merchants, get some amazing food and have a cocktail or two at the many shops, restaurants and bars. If you like wine, stop in at Blendz Wine Bar at 21 East Aspen. You can blend your own signature bottle of wine to take home with you, or just enjoy already blended wine. Beer on tap is also available.
